Package Description

Option 1: Full Conference with Online Proceedings
Includes sessions Monday–Friday, DEMAND for UNMANNED sessions, One Recognition Lunch (Tuesday or Thursday), Reception in the Exposition Hall (Tuesday), William Littlewood Memorial Lecture Luncheon (Wednesday), and single-user access to the online conference proceedings.

Option 2: Full-Time Undergraduate Student
Includes sessions Monday–Friday, DEMAND for UNMANNED sessions, Sunday evening student reception, and exposition participation (excludes food functions and conference proceedings). To be eligible for the full-time Undergraduate rate, registrant must be enrolled in at least 12 credits of Undergraduate level courses. AIAA member must have a valid Student membership status or professional membership with Return to Full-time Study status. Student ID must be presented on site.

Option 3: Full-Time Graduate or PhD Student
Includes sessions Monday–Friday, DEMAND for UNMANNED sessions, Sunday evening student reception, and exposition participation (excludes food functions and conference proceedings). To be eligible for the full-time Graduate or Ph.D student, registrant must be enrolled in at least 9 credits of Graduate level courses. AIAA member must have a valid Student membership status or professional membership with Return to Full-time Study status. Student ID must be presented on site.

Option 4: Full-Time Retired Member
Includes sessions Monday–Friday, DEMAND for UNMANNED sessions, and exposition participation (excludes food functions and conference proceedings).

Includes AVIATION and DEMAND for UNMANNED sessions for that day only and exposition participation (excludes food functions and conference proceedings).

Option 6: DEMAND for UNMANNED
Includes symposium sessions Wednesday-Thursday, Thursday AVIATION "UAS Developments" Plenary, and exposition participation (excludes food functions and conference proceedings).

Registration Periods

  • Online Registration begins 22 February 2016.
  • The Early member registration period end 23 May 2016
  • The Standard member registration period lasts from 31 May to 17 June 2016
  • Onsite Registration begins on 12 June 2016.

Partnering with Expo Logic, we've streamlined the on-site registration check-in process! All advance registrants will receive an email with a registration barcode. In order to most quickly and efficiently pick up your badge and conference materials, make sure to print the email that includes your ExpressPass barcode, and bring it with you to the conference. Simply scan the ExpressPass barcode at one of the ExpressPass stations at the AIAA Registration and Information Center to print your badge and receive your meeting materials.
